Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, and we take pride in carefully inspecting each piece to ensure its quality and provide accurate descriptions of any imperfections. We encourage you to read item descriptions thoroughly before making your purchase.

Vintage and secondhand treasures often carry minor signs of their history, such as pilling, loose threads, subtle markings, or discoloration. Please note that vintage sizing can differ from modern standards. While we include the original tag size and measurements, we also provide tailored fit recommendations to help guide your selection.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are processed in a timely fashion and during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST). All orders are shipped via Ground Advantage through the United States Postal Service (USPS)  and at this time, we can only provide shipping to the United States.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you. Please note that during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, there may be slight processing delays. Once your item has shipped, Catch My Thrift is no longer responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If an issue arises, you can file a claim directly with the shipping provider. USPS Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100 for added peace of mind.

To avoid any shipping hiccups, please double-check that your address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, simply reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the correct address.

If a package is marked as delivered through the tracking information but cannot be located, Catch My Thrift cannot assume responsibility and will not issue refunds or store credits. Thank you for your understanding!

What I'm Looking For

We're thrilled to accept a thoughtfully curated selection of women’s fashion —spanning from vintage gems to designer modern must-haves. Think clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, and accessories, but leave the fast fashion at home.

Every item is carefully considered for its quality, appeal, and seasonality, ensuring it aligns with our boutique’s timeless and elevated style. While we love celebrating diverse finds, our focus is on high-quality, sought-after pieces that bring charm and character to our collections.

Consignment Policies

Condition

We kindly ask that items be in excellent, wearable condition. Please note, we’re unable to accept pieces with visible stains, holes, cracks, or previous repairs

Ineligible Items

To uphold the quality and curated focus of our boutique, we do not accept undergarments, activewear, or items that are heavily worn, damaged, or in need of repair

Authenticity

We exclusively accept authentic items. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure its authenticity before being offered listed for sale.

Pricing

Pricing is set based on market trends, brand value, and condition. While we strive to offer competitive prices, consignors are encouraged to share their thoughts on pricing, especially for luxury high-end pieces.

Commission

Consignors earn 50% of the final selling price, with the potential to receive up to 60% for high-value items. The exact percentage will be determined by me during the consignment process.

Payment

Consignor payments are issued on the 1st of the month, or the first business day, whichever comes first. Payments will be made via Zelle. If we are responsible for any damage to your item, the item will be considered "sold" and you will still earn your full commission. Additionally, consignors can apply credit from sold items toward in-store purchases.
